Brú Grappling Studio

1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for a membership or purchasing a class pass at Brú Grappling Studio, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and fair training environment for all members.

2. Memberships

Memberships grant access to classes and facilities in accordance with the selected plan.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships may be cancelled at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.

The 30-day notice period begins from the date your cancellation request is received.

Membership fees will continue to be charged during this notice period.

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.

3. Class Passes

All class passes are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.

Any unused classes after the expiry date will be forfeited.

Class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Class passes may only be used by the individual who purchased them.

4. Payments

All memberships and class passes must be paid in advance.

Failure to maintain up-to-date payments may result in suspension or termination of access to classes.

Brú Grappling Studio reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by Irish consumer law.

This includes memberships, class passes, and any other services.

No refunds will be issued for unused sessions or missed classes.

6. Booking and Attendance

Members are responsible for booking classes in advance where required.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to join a class once it has begun, for safety reasons.

Failure to attend a booked class may result in the loss of that session (for class pass users).

7. Health, Safety & Risk

Grappling and martial arts training involve inherent physical risks, including injury.

By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You confirm that you are medically fit to train and will inform a coach of any injuries or conditions.

Members must follow all safety instructions given by coaches at all times.

Brú Grappling Studio is not liable for injuries sustained during training, except where required by law.

8. Hygiene & Conduct

Proper hygiene is required at all times:

Clean training gear must be worn for every session.

Fingernails and toenails must be kept short.

Shoes are not permitted on the mats.

Members must conduct themselves respectfully toward coaches and other members.

Unsafe behaviour, including reckless sparring or disregard for tapping, will not be tolerated.

Brú Grappling Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for misconduct, without refund.

9. Personal Property

Brú Grappling Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

10. Changes to Schedule or Services

Class schedules, instructors, and services may change from time to time.

Brú Grappling Studio will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in advance.

11. Amendments to Terms

Brú Grappling Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
