Meet the team
Sam Mc Nally - Resident Pro
Sam is one of Ireland's most accomplished Grapplers. He is an ADCC European Champion, ADCC Worlds Veteran, IBJJF NoGi Worlds Medalist as well as having being on the podium in both Gi and NoGi major tournaments, all at Black Belt.
Ryan McDermott - NoGi / Gi Coach
Ryan is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He loves Jiu Jitsu and teaches many of the Gi and NoGi classes on our schedule.
Richie Smullen - NoGi & Submission Wrestling Coach
Richie is one of Europe's best Mixed Martial Artists. He holds an impressive professional record and is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Richie teaches our Submission Wrestling program.
Amy Scully - NoGi & Kids Coach
Amy Scully is an avid MMA & BJJ practitioner. She began training and competing as a kid herself. In her junior years she became a 2 time IMMAF World Champion and IBJJF Kids European Champion. Known for her positive mindset & immense work ethic, Amy can be found guiding the next generation in the kids classes and coaching the NoGi Beginners program.
